FAQ

What’s the best stock for mailer postcards?

We recommend a 300–350gsm coated board with matte or gloss laminate for durability in post.

Postcards and flyers might be the simplest format in print, but getting them right — stock, weight, finish, colour — makes the difference between something that works and something that doesn't. Adams Print produces high-quality postcard and flyer printing for clients across Melbourne, Geelong and beyond, with the same care we bring to every job regardless of size.

Our digital printing capability means short runs are cost-effective and fast. Need 250 postcards for an exhibition or a run of 5,000 flyers for a promotion? We handle both — with consistent colour accuracy across the full run. For larger volume campaigns, offset printing offers exceptional consistency and competitive pricing at scale.

We print on a wide range of stocks, from lightweight uncoated sheets through to heavy board with matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch coating, or spot UV. Rounded corners, custom die-cut shapes and double-sided printing are all available. If you're using postcards for direct mail, we can advise on stock weight and finish to ensure they travel well through the post.

Adams Print is one of Geelong's most experienced commercial printers, with a track record in producing print collateral that reflects well on the brands behind it. Talk to us about your next run.
