Choosing a fold and format
The fold shapes how a reader moves through your content.

Tri-fold DL: fits a standard rack or envelope and suits service guides and price lists.

Gate fold: opens to a full-width reveal, which suits launches and property campaigns.

Paper stock and weight
Most folded brochures sit between 150 and 200gsm. Uncoated stocks feel natural and take a pen well. Silk and gloss hold image detail and colour saturation. Heavier stocks are scored before folding so the fibres don't crack along the spine. FSC® certified stocks are available on any job.
Digital or offset?
Our HP Indigo 7800 handles fast turnarounds and personalised versions. Our Heidelberg offset presses deliver true Pantone spot colours and a wider range of stocks and coatings. The right process depends on your quantity, colours, stock and finish, and we'll recommend the best fit for each job.
Finishes
Soft-touch lamination, spot UV, foil and embossing are all finished in-house. A single well-placed finish often does more than several competing ones, and we're happy to talk through options before artwork is final.

What's the best paper weight for a folded brochure?
Usually 150–200gsm. Lighter stocks fold cleanly and post cheaply. Heavier stocks feel more substantial and are scored before folding.
How long does brochure printing take?
Most brochure jobs are ready within 1 to 14 days, depending on quantity and finishing.
Can you print on FSC® certified paper?
Yes. FSC® certified stocks are available on any job. Just let us know when you request a quote.
